The laboratory continuously monitors the quality and safety of our products, following the latest control systems and analysing techniques to ensure that all products meet the highest quality and microbiology standards.   

Our laboratory is approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration and works according to the principles of Good Laboratory Praxis. The laboratory participates regularly in inter-calibration tests with accredited laboratories.   

We have an incorporated system, which provides full traceability from raw material to finished product.   

To support our high standard the factory is BRC and IFS certified and has an approved HACCP system.
